If we want to send the work­item/request to the approver for their decision, we can use user

decision step. Once executed it generates the workitem at run time and place that request in

SAP Inbox. The user can execute the request and can take decision.

Right Click on the branch and select Create.

Choose User decision step.

Provide the title which will appear as subject in SAP Inbox. In agents tab select the

workflow initiator who will receive the work­item in its inbox. Hence we have selected

workflow initiator which means the workitem will be send to the person who initiated the

workflow. For other agents type you can refer to Agents document.

Provide the dynamic values which you want to display in Parameter section. You can

select the container elements by clicking F4 help . For that provide­ &1/&2/&3/&4 for

corresponding parameters in Title section.

Provide the Decision options.

Execute the workflow and provide the sales order number.

Once executed the workitem will get placed in SAP Inbox of the agent i.e. Workflow

initiator.
