this open letter This is the last time I will ever write or think about this topic again so I hope it hits the
mark Your view on why our friendship ended could not be further from the truth I find it almost
impossible for you to comment about what happened between us because every time I called you or
tried to get together with you to work it out over a period of over 6 months you would make up excuses
or not show Headaches car problems stayed up late too late the night before you always dodged it
Even knowing your intentions I still gave you months and months of chances to change your mind sit
down and talk to me face to face as we had done a dozen times before and never once did you sit down

this subject anymore but there are things that have to be said here that are long overdue for both of us
to move on and have some peace

One of the many mentions of Vito Glazers on Eaglersquos website which prompted this open letter
Even far before your ldquofinancial problemsrdquo you and your father (who you had to ask permission to send
me every payment you ever sent me) gave me nothing but excuses and run around The second to last
conversation you and I ever had you told me to have a lawyer draft up our tab in clear terms which I did
on my dime You were the one who told me to get lawyers involved After you blew off the meeting that
we had scheduled weeks in advance the day of my lawyer and I called you and 20 minutes into the call
your father (who my lawyer and I were never even aware was on the line) started screaming about how I
owe him for taxes on the balance an excuse we had already determined to be invalid months before
and an obviously frivolous excuse that came out of his mouth not yours Not a single financial decision
was made at EWA without Tom Eaglersquos involvement and everybody who ever dealt with you or had to
collect money from you knows that
You say that he is 63 and should not be sued but
your father Tom Eagle vice president of EWA a
banking expert as he described himself on
LinkedIn the man you had to ask for permission
to spend $2000 on a suit when I took you to a
tailor so you wouldnrsquot have to show up to another

keep him from helping you misappropriate and
hide that $480k it didnrsquot keep him from buying a
condo in florida for EXACTLY $300k cash the very
same month that you and him both claimed you

him from flying to the Bahamas every month and
it didnrsquot keep him from sending me fake wire transfer confirmations from his email the last time you
referred me to talk with him when he was heading your accounting department You told me multiple
times he was the only one who could authorize or track such transactions and that you had nothing to
do with it
So I did not just randomly sue your father to be a douche I sued your companyrsquos vice president your
head of accounting and your co-conspirator It just happened that you two share the same last name
In retrospect he is the only one I should have ever sued I wonder if you were just the frontman willing
to sell out your name for him to hide many peoplersquos money Not just money from me but the dozens
and maybe even hundreds of people you and your father may have used EWA network to take
advantage of
As for masonic brother hood What a sad one sided version of that you have
Was it unbrotherly of me to invite you to lodge to try to settle our dispute month after month face to
face like gentleman Was it unbrotherly of me to work out a payment plan with you on a debt that you
almost immediately started missing payments on but still had money to buy condos luxury cars
watches and vacations while you and your dad are claiming to have cash flow issues Was it unbrotherly
when I wrote you countless emails and text messages and asked people around you to
please encourage you to settle with me even for a smaller amount so we could put it behind us and
move on I always gave you the benefit of the doubt and never said a single mistruth about you or our
situation you made it clear that our friendship was very low on your priority list
I will never understand the choices and direction you took Instead of picking up the phone and settling
things like a man you hacked my company email while tweeting ldquoyou dont have to do the dirty work
yourself anymorerdquo you had your employees spread rumors about me you make a website about me
saying that Irsquom a money launderer scammer and other very ldquonon brotherlyrdquo things to say the least

brotherrsquos memorial site a few months later Same background color same font same hosting same
layout and everything as if to rub it in my face more
In 2013 a website appeared in the search engine results pages ranking for Vito Glazerrsquos name Mr Glazerrsquos is
providing proof that the template being used is exactly the same one used for the late Kyle Eaglersquos memorial page
As if making that site was not enough you go through tons of effort leaving long fake Yahoo reviews
about me that must have taken hours to write and use money that you could have used to settle with
me to instead pay SEO companies to rank negative things about my name
I never said one single word about you or your actions that was untrue ever
Ryan you know you never were a real mason You joined the fraternity and dragged your feet as you
used my name and rank to push through it just long enough to have the opportunity to take advantage

of me and other members of the fraternity financially The first month you had the chance to take
financial advantage of us you took it and you never came back to lodge again To most people involved
it seemed clear by your refusal to use our fraternityrsquos arbitration option to settle our disagreement that
your motives were only for your own personal gain
You even have anti Mason propaganda on your Facebook page when you know the IL CHIP program is
something I put a lot of effort into promoting (FYI the ldquochiprdquo is a USB drive with a childrsquos photos
fingerprints and other information that helps in Amber alerts no chips are actually inserted into kids as
conspiracy theorists imply) You also never paid your $67 a year in dues the entire time you were a
member of our lodge which was ironically and ultimately the reason for your suspension and removal
The craziest thing about this all to me is that those judgements obtained against you and your father
were just paper to me I have long since sold those judgements for pennies on the dollar and moved on I
didnrsquot need the money to live a happier life but obviously you felt that a condo in Florida was worth
more than our years of friendship and the vows you took as a Mason I pursued those judgements
because I had to prove to myself that I wasnrsquot in the wrong and the courts agreed You made me
question my own sanity On top of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars you have the audacity to
make fake websites about me and spend money SEOing them to the top of my name and then
continue to bring this up even after more than a year has gone by

who have sued you To the outside world that is actually very sad You self admittedly are a mentally
unstable person and honestly I have no choice but to forgive you for stealing the money from me and I
even forgive you for slandering my name with lies Irsquom not stupid I do not want or need to have anything
to do with you ever again But read that Ryan I Forgive You I have moved on to more positive things I
donrsquot even work in Affiliate Marketing anymore and I do not understand why you would feel the need to
continue to use your personal resources attacking me When will you forgive yourself and stop lashing
out negatively You are only pushing yourself further away from ever being able to be at peace and
attracting more negativity on yourself
I have had to live with the fact that I made the choice to work with you and it was a horrible choice to
make It has led to people questioning my sense of judgement having doubts cast in peoples minds
about who I am and even got me dragged and forced into wasting another $20000 settling a lawsuit
with the FTC that I should have never been involved in I also have to live with the fact that I helped
make you a mason to begin with something that has made other people and even myself question my
judgement sometimes There was a lot of smart people who you got over on so I have forgiven myself
and I have moved on and am living a happier and more balanced life after removing myself from the
affiliate scene It is time to put this drama in the past and leave it there

The fact you are still dwelling and instigating this months and almost years later means something and I
swear I am not saying this to be mean or an instigator but honestly maybe you need to get some help
or therapy To be attacking people online all the time and having to prove yourself constantly to people
who donrsquot matter it just seems like no money in the world will be able to save you from your insecurities
if you donrsquot get help The feelings you must feel are something I would never
wish on even my worst enemy It seems like you have some serious things against me personally

From what I know about the AA Recovery Program that I know is really important to you forgiveness is
a huge thing If you feel I wronged you forgive me and let it go man If you have not noticed the battle
you are fighting is one sided and you are only hurting yourself in the process Get some help with
handling your emotions and feelings before itrsquos too late and you physically hurt yourself or someone else
you care about

I will never deny that you were like a brother to me You have lost two brothers in the past years but
one of those losses was preventable I will accept my part of the blame for anything that you think was
my fault in this situation and like I said I will never forget this experience which taught me a lot but I am
not going to ruin my life carrying bitterness around with me over something that is long in the past and I
encourage you to do the same I will never ever use your name again as far as anybody needs to know

Even far before your ldquofinancial problemsrdquo you and your father (who you had to ask permission to send
me every payment you ever sent me) gave me nothing but excuses and run around The second to last
conversation you and I ever had you told me to have a lawyer draft up our tab in clear terms which I did
on my dime You were the one who told me to get lawyers involved After you blew off the meeting that
we had scheduled weeks in advance the day of my lawyer and I called you and 20 minutes into the call
your father (who my lawyer and I were never even aware was on the line) started screaming about how I
owe him for taxes on the balance an excuse we had already determined to be invalid months before
and an obviously frivolous excuse that came out of his mouth not yours Not a single financial decision
was made at EWA without Tom Eaglersquos involvement and everybody who ever dealt with you or had to
collect money from you knows that
You say that he is 63 and should not be sued but
your father Tom Eagle vice president of EWA a

to spend $2000 on a suit when I took you to a
tailor so you wouldnrsquot have to show up to another

times he was the only one who could authorize or track such transactions and that you had nothing to
do with it
So I did not just randomly sue your father to be a douche I sued your companyrsquos vice president your
head of accounting and your co-conspirator It just happened that you two share the same last name
In retrospect he is the only one I should have ever sued I wonder if you were just the frontman willing
to sell out your name for him to hide many peoplersquos money Not just money from me but the dozens
and maybe even hundreds of people you and your father may have used EWA network to take
advantage of

face like gentleman Was it unbrotherly of me to work out a payment plan with you on a debt that you
almost immediately started missing payments on but still had money to buy condos luxury cars
watches and vacations while you and your dad are claiming to have cash flow issues Was it unbrotherly
when I wrote you countless emails and text messages and asked people around you to
please encourage you to settle with me even for a smaller amount so we could put it behind us and
move on I always gave you the benefit of the doubt and never said a single mistruth about you or our
situation you made it clear that our friendship was very low on your priority list
I will never understand the choices and direction you took Instead of picking up the phone and settling
things like a man you hacked my company email while tweeting ldquoyou dont have to do the dirty work
yourself anymorerdquo you had your employees spread rumors about me you make a website about me
saying that Irsquom a money launderer scammer and other very ldquonon brotherlyrdquo things to say the least

brotherrsquos memorial site a few months later Same background color same font same hosting same
layout and everything as if to rub it in my face more
In 2013 a website appeared in the search engine results pages ranking for Vito Glazerrsquos name Mr Glazerrsquos is
providing proof that the template being used is exactly the same one used for the late Kyle Eaglersquos memorial page
As if making that site was not enough you go through tons of effort leaving long fake Yahoo reviews
about me that must have taken hours to write and use money that you could have used to settle with
me to instead pay SEO companies to rank negative things about my name
I never said one single word about you or your actions that was untrue ever
Ryan you know you never were a real mason You joined the fraternity and dragged your feet as you
used my name and rank to push through it just long enough to have the opportunity to take advantage

financial advantage of us you took it and you never came back to lodge again To most people involved
it seemed clear by your refusal to use our fraternityrsquos arbitration option to settle our disagreement that

something I put a lot of effort into promoting (FYI the ldquochiprdquo is a USB drive with a childrsquos photos

conspiracy theorists imply) You also never paid your $67 a year in dues the entire time you were a
member of our lodge which was ironically and ultimately the reason for your suspension and removal
The craziest thing about this all to me is that those judgements obtained against you and your father
were just paper to me I have long since sold those judgements for pennies on the dollar and moved on I
didnrsquot need the money to live a happier life but obviously you felt that a condo in Florida was worth
more than our years of friendship and the vows you took as a Mason I pursued those judgements
because I had to prove to myself that I wasnrsquot in the wrong and the courts agreed You made me
question my own sanity On top of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars you have the audacity to
make fake websites about me and spend money SEOing them to the top of my name and then
continue to bring this up even after more than a year has gone by

unstable person and honestly I have no choice but to forgive you for stealing the money from me and I
even forgive you for slandering my name with lies Irsquom not stupid I do not want or need to have anything
to do with you ever again But read that Ryan I Forgive You I have moved on to more positive things I
donrsquot even work in Affiliate Marketing anymore and I do not understand why you would feel the need to
continue to use your personal resources attacking me When will you forgive yourself and stop lashing
out negatively You are only pushing yourself further away from ever being able to be at peace and
attracting more negativity on yourself
I have had to live with the fact that I made the choice to work with you and it was a horrible choice to
make It has led to people questioning my sense of judgement having doubts cast in peoples minds
about who I am and even got me dragged and forced into wasting another $20000 settling a lawsuit
with the FTC that I should have never been involved in I also have to live with the fact that I helped
make you a mason to begin with something that has made other people and even myself question my
judgement sometimes There was a lot of smart people who you got over on so I have forgiven myself
and I have moved on and am living a happier and more balanced life after removing myself from the
affiliate scene It is time to put this drama in the past and leave it there

swear I am not saying this to be mean or an instigator but honestly maybe you need to get some help

who donrsquot matter it just seems like no money in the world will be able to save you from your insecurities
if you donrsquot get help The feelings you must feel are something I would never

From what I know about the AA Recovery Program that I know is really important to you forgiveness is
a huge thing If you feel I wronged you forgive me and let it go man If you have not noticed the battle
you are fighting is one sided and you are only hurting yourself in the process Get some help with

a huge thing If you feel I wronged you forgive me and let it go man If you have not noticed the battle
you are fighting is one sided and you are only hurting yourself in the process Get some help with

situation you made it clear that our friendship was very low on your priority list
I will never understand the choices and direction you took Instead of picking up the phone and settling

yourself anymorerdquo you had your employees spread rumors about me you make a website about me
saying that Irsquom a money launderer scammer and other very ldquonon brotherlyrdquo things to say the least

As if making that site was not enough you go through tons of effort leaving long fake Yahoo reviews
about me that must have taken hours to write and use money that you could have used to settle with
me to instead pay SEO companies to rank negative things about my name
I never said one single word about you or your actions that was untrue ever
Ryan you know you never were a real mason You joined the fraternity and dragged your feet as you
used my name and rank to push through it just long enough to have the opportunity to take advantage

I will never deny that you were like a brother to me You have lost two brothers in the past years but
one of those losses was preventable I will accept my part of the blame for anything that you think was
my fault in this situation and like I said I will never forget this experience which taught me a lot but I am
not going to ruin my life carrying bitterness around with me over something that is long in the past and I
encourage you to do the same I will never ever use your name again as far as anybody needs to know

of me and other members of the fraternity financially The first month you had the chance to take
financial advantage of us you took it and you never came back to lodge again To most people involved
it seemed clear by your refusal to use our fraternityrsquos arbitration option to settle our disagreement that
your motives were only for your own personal gain
You even have anti Mason propaganda on your Facebook page when you know the IL CHIP program is
something I put a lot of effort into promoting (FYI the ldquochiprdquo is a USB drive with a childrsquos photos
fingerprints and other information that helps in Amber alerts no chips are actually inserted into kids as
conspiracy theorists imply) You also never paid your $67 a year in dues the entire time you were a
member of our lodge which was ironically and ultimately the reason for your suspension and removal
The craziest thing about this all to me is that those judgements obtained against you and your father
were just paper to me I have long since sold those judgements for pennies on the dollar and moved on I
didnrsquot need the money to live a happier life but obviously you felt that a condo in Florida was worth
more than our years of friendship and the vows you took as a Mason I pursued those judgements
because I had to prove to myself that I wasnrsquot in the wrong and the courts agreed You made me
question my own sanity On top of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars you have the audacity to
make fake websites about me and spend money SEOing them to the top of my name and then
continue to bring this up even after more than a year has gone by

who have sued you To the outside world that is actually very sad You self admittedly are a mentally
unstable person and honestly I have no choice but to forgive you for stealing the money from me and I
even forgive you for slandering my name with lies Irsquom not stupid I do not want or need to have anything
to do with you ever again But read that Ryan I Forgive You I have moved on to more positive things I
donrsquot even work in Affiliate Marketing anymore and I do not understand why you would feel the need to
continue to use your personal resources attacking me When will you forgive yourself and stop lashing
out negatively You are only pushing yourself further away from ever being able to be at peace and
attracting more negativity on yourself
I have had to live with the fact that I made the choice to work with you and it was a horrible choice to
make It has led to people questioning my sense of judgement having doubts cast in peoples minds
about who I am and even got me dragged and forced into wasting another $20000 settling a lawsuit
with the FTC that I should have never been involved in I also have to live with the fact that I helped
make you a mason to begin with something that has made other people and even myself question my
judgement sometimes There was a lot of smart people who you got over on so I have forgiven myself
and I have moved on and am living a happier and more balanced life after removing myself from the
affiliate scene It is time to put this drama in the past and leave it there

swear I am not saying this to be mean or an instigator but honestly maybe you need to get some help
or therapy To be attacking people online all the time and having to prove yourself constantly to people
who donrsquot matter it just seems like no money in the world will be able to save you from your insecurities
if you donrsquot get help The feelings you must feel are something I would never
wish on even my worst enemy It seems like you have some serious things against me personally

From what I know about the AA Recovery Program that I know is really important to you forgiveness is
a huge thing If you feel I wronged you forgive me and let it go man If you have not noticed the battle
you are fighting is one sided and you are only hurting yourself in the process Get some help with
handling your emotions and feelings before itrsquos too late and you physically hurt yourself or someone else
you care about

I will never deny that you were like a brother to me You have lost two brothers in the past years but
one of those losses was preventable I will accept my part of the blame for anything that you think was
my fault in this situation and like I said I will never forget this experience which taught me a lot but I am
not going to ruin my life carrying bitterness around with me over something that is long in the past and I
