ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
An Associate Member of HACU is a dues-paid, non-profit, accredited college, university or system, where total Hispanic enrollment constitutes at least 10 percent of the total enrollment, or a minimum of 1,000 Hispanic students enrolled, including full-time and part-time students whether at the undergraduate or graduate level or both. Associate members elect regional representatives who can vote at the Annual Business meetings of the voting (HSI) membership. AMIs have Bi-Annual Meetings during the Annual Conference. AMIs also have representation on HACU’s Governing Board.
