Making difficult processes easyCreated, developed and optimized in close co-operation with food manufacturers, the drum unloader empties bin, drums and containers.
Designed to empty products that are not self-leveling or can‘t be handled by a drum pump or suction wand, the system is perfect for high viscous applications like tomato paste, chocolate spread, coo-kie filling, peanut butter, meat paste and pulp.

Unloading ProcessThe system is equipped with a follower plate with inflatable rubber wiper which perfectly cleans the sides of the drum, leading to a minimum product waste of less than 1 %.
Highest Hygienic StandardThe Bornemann Twin Screw Pump is EHEDG cer-tified and high hygienic requirements have been taken into account in each detail of the system design. The pump is capable of performing the CIP procedure of the whole unloading system and the process equipment inline with the pump, at a mini-mum speed of 2.2 miles/hour (1,5 m/s).
The follower plate can be quickly and easily dismant-led with the CIP-cleaning module, connected to an external CIP circuit.
