Creating an Account
Open a web browser & go to www.scratch.mit.edu
Click on ‘Join Scratch’

Create your username by combining your first name & our class name ‘7Y-IT3’
Enter your Date of Birth, country & school email address
Creating an Account
Your account is now created. Click ‘OK!’.
To get started, click on the folder icon at the top right. Then click ‘New project’
Don’t forget to write your

What Are We Creating Today?Our first program is called ‘Build a Band’
In this program, we will have multiple ‘sprites’ which will play a sound when they are clicked.
These sounds for today will be a singer & drums.
The user can select which instruments are being played in the band.
