improvement into the academic internal medicine and ambulatory setting
New Policy Initiatives
• Task Force on Part Time Careers– Developed the ASP Task Force on Part-Time Careers
Consensus Statement which was endorsed by all of the associations in AAIM
– Drafted a white paper that has been submitted for publication
– Working with NIH to create a mechanism for allowing part time faculty to apply for and receive K awards
