FLOOR AND WALL TILING

Flooring and tiling is a way of arranging identical plane shapes so that they completely cover exterior/interior walls and floors to provide protective and decorative finishes.

We provide specialized services in flooring and tiling using different kind of materials including concrete, marble, granite, ceramic tile, carpet, vinyl, wooden, rubber and epoxy paint.

PARTITIONS AND FALSE CEILING

A false ceiling is a secondary ceiling, hung below the main (structural) ceiling and is a staple of residential and commercial applications.

To address fire safety, ceiling tiles made from mineral fibers, tin, composite, or fire-rated wood panels can be used within the construction to meet acceptable standards/ratings.

We offer services of false ceiling, partitions and paneling, dry walls, cast gypsum and decorative moldings covering all commercial and domestic sectors throughout.

PAINTING AND CARPENTRY

We offer full range of painting and carpentry services, starting from consultation and finalization of required paints, wall paper removal, surface preparation to receive the paint, all types of interior and exterior painting works, specialized painting works like stucco painting, painting of metal structures like hand rails, AC grills, flag poles etc. and polishing of wooden doors and frames, cabinets, cupboards, window etc.

ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING AND SANITARY WORKS

At J WALT we offer services to cover all types of electrical, plumbing and sanitary works which includes electrical cabling works, installation of distribution boards, control panels, light fittings, switches, water heaters, water pumps and supporting services such as sealing water leakages and drainage solutions.

PLASTER AND CLADDING

Plaster is used for coating walls and ceilings to provide extra protection and resistance to these key areas of a home and building. It is also used to add decorative features to walls and ceilings. Cladding is another important element in the building trade, as it involves the application of one material over another material.

Plaster and Cladding helps to provide a layer that controls the infiltration of weather elements, such as extreme heat and rain. Cladding is also used to enhance the appearance of a building and make it look more visually pleasing.

STEEL AND ALUMINIUM FABRICATION

Our specialization in the fabrication area allow us to undertake steel and fabrication projects, Mild Steel (MS) and Stainless Steel (SS) handrails, MS tanks, SS grating, steel structures and repairs/maintenance works.

INTERIOR DECORATIONS

We offer a high quality of work in interior decorating involves creatively planning living and business spaces for individuals and businesses. Interior decorators use color, furniture, curtains/blinds, paints, wall papers, lighting and artwork to create functional, comfortable spaces that fit clients’ style.
