You need a Maintenance Management SystemBasically there are two types:

Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

Enterprise Asset Management Systems (EAMS)

Both systems are similar in operational characteristics and both provide a realistic way to reduce expenses and increase revenues.

Some work orders may require parts that are long lead or require special order processes.
