A Copper Supply Crunch is Looming

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

While the reserve calculations prepared for Davis Keays Mining by MacDonald Consultants Ltd (feasibility study, 1970) are considered

relevant, they are historical, and do not meet NI 43-101 standards.

Fabled Copper and Gold, which is optioning the Eagle ( Davis Keys) property is not treating the reserve calculations as a NI 43-

101 defined resource ore reserve and has not done the work necessary to verify the classifications of the resources or reserves.

Copper industry leading producers are predicting that the demand for copper will outstrip the industry

production by ~5 million tonnes by 2027. This is equivalent to the annual production of the 65 largest copper

mines in operation today.

Neil Property

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

In the 1990's Harrington examined a breccia zone at the 8100 foot level of the Northern extension of the Neil vein. A brecciated mineralized structure, having been cut by a Northwest striking fault zone, assayed 6.1 % copper over a true width of (20.8) 69 feet.

Tests by Lakefield Labs and Applied Ore Testing concluded that in excess of 90% recovery is possible without chemical activating the ore.

NEIL VEIN

The Neil vein has been traced over a strike length of 1185 metres and a vertical extent of at least 579 metres. The vein has only been examined part way down the mountain and appears to continue another 1000 metres to the valley floor. The vein follows a northeast trending shear which is approximately 1100 metres long, 30 metres wide and 1500 metres vertical.

NEIL BRECCIA

The Neil breccia appears to have a width ranging from 19 metres' wide at the junction of the Neil Vein and widen to over 60 metres at the northeast side of the mountain where it is visible for more than 1,000 metres vertically. A deep trench cross-cutting the breccia assayed 10.2% copper over 3.0 metres while further up the breccia a true cross section assayed 6.1%copper over 20.8m. Systematic exploration of the vein and breccia would significantly increase the size of the historical resource.

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

Chalcopyrite -quartz-carbonate veins

2-10m wide, up to 2 kms long

This is the primary mineralization encountered at the Neil Vein, previously mined Key mine (Eagle vein) and Churchill mine (Magnum vein).

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

Breccia Zones

10-20 m wide zones, beside veins

The brecciated zones occur where mineralized quartz carbonate vein feeders are intersected by cross-faulting and the host rocks were fractured. The mineralization is then trapped in the open cavities.

These brecciated zones normally produce relatively large tonnages of high grade copper.

The Neil breccia assayed

6.1 % copper over 20.8m

Mineralization Style 3

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

Hematite-chalcocite-rare earth IOCG mineralization

The most significant style of mineralization in the area, with potential for large tonnage and high grade copper mineralization.

Hematite-chalcocite mineralization (a low – sulfidation mineral type) is largely associated with hematite breccias.

Hematite breccias grading up to 38% Cu (massive chalcocite within a hematite matrix) were sampled on the adjacent Goat Matnik Property.

Neil Highlights

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

➢ Of most significance is an approximately 10 km long EM anomaly near the northern borderof the property (the Ribbon claims).

➢ The geophysical conductor and resistivity response suggests a large weakly conductive sheetdipping gently to the south. The large, shallow dipping conductive horizon may represent asheet of mineralized breccia and may be the feeder for all of the vein mineralizationobserved in the Neil, Toro and Churchill veins. The conductive unit crops out in the YedheCreek valley at about 1,700 metres elevation.

➢ The breccia mineralization observed at the Matnik and Neil showings consisted of hematite, magnetite and chalcocite and one sample from the showings produced assay results of over40 percent copper. The style, mineralogy and grade of this mineralization suggests thepotential for a very large, high grade IOCG deposit similar to that presently being mined atOlympic Dam in Australia.

➢ The magnetic surveys also map out large areas of high magnetic response which aremapping deep seated, large magnetic bodies. These bodies are probably gabbroic intrusivebodies, similar in composition to and are the sources for the diabase dyke swarms which areseen on surface and are mapped by the low and high level magnetic surveys. The gabbroicbodies are the probable sources of both the vein mineralization as well as possible IOCGsheeted mineralization detected by the EM surveys.

Toro-Churchill

TSX.V: FCOMay 2019

➢ The principal mineralized structure is an irregular quartz vein in the foot wall of the main dike. Rock samplingreturned 8.8% copper over a width of 19 meters and strike length of 133 meters.

➢ To the north, a wide quartz vein occurs in the dike hanging wall and contains appreciable chalcopyrite above5500 foot elevation (1680 meters). Rock sampling returned an average grade of 6.8% copper over a width of14 meters and a strike length of 107 meters.

➢ Gold values were reported to range from 0.01 to 0.02 ounces per ton (opt) (0.343 to 0.686 grams/tonne (g/t).Silver values were reported to range from 0.1 to 0.2 opt (3.43 to 6.86 g/t). No details were given by Gennregarding which quartz veins were sampled.

➢ Toro-Churchill Creek

➢ The results of sampling the south section indicate a grade of 8.8% copper over a width of 19 meters and aminimum length of 133 meters. The north section showed an average grade of 6.8% copper over 2 meterswith a minimum length of 107 meters.

➢ The HO intersection is an IOCG type of vein, as it is Hematite base (non magnetic iron) and chalcocite (copper)and has little or no sulphur and is non-acid-generating. A 2 meter vein has been discovered with grab samplesover the 2 meters ranging between 18.0% copper and 42% copper.

Davis Keayes

May 2019

➢ The main asset on the Key Property is the historic Davis Keayes mine which was developed in 1971. A positiveFeasibility Study was completed in 1970 and a complementary Evaluation Study was completed in 1971.Production was planned but never started.

➢ The main mining target was the Eagle vein, where over 5,300 meters of underground development wascompleted over a three-year period from 1968 through 1971. MacDonald's longitudinal cross-section of thedeposit shows copper mineralization extending over a vertical range of approximately 1,400 feet (427meters) from an elevation of 6,100 feet (1,857 metres) to 7,500 feet (2,287 metres). In 1972 to 1973, KamKotia constructed a 2,500-foot long adit at the 5950 foot (1,814 metres) level and intersected the Eagle veinconfirming that the Eagle vein is still mineralized below the 1,857 depth which was the extent of the resourcecalculation.

➢Mineralization consists of semi-massive to massive chalcopyrite within quartz carbonate veins. The Eagle veinhas been traced over a strike length of 1,220 meters and to a depth of 460 meters, with obvious explorationpotential at greater depths. The valley floor is at 5,500 feet (1,677 metres) giving a potential depth extension of300 metres below the calculated resource.

➢ At least five additional copper and copper-cobalt veins, including the Harris vein, have been discovered andhave received limited exploration work. Significant secondary exploration and development targets include theHarris and Keays veins. The Harris and Keays veins may be extensions or splays of the Eagle vein, but may alsobe separate vein systems.

➢ The Eagle, Harris, Pink and Keayes veins can all be easily tested by drilling from the valley floor.

➢ Mineralization is described as being

epigenetic hydrothermal vein-type, consisting

of chalcopyrite, bornite, and malachite, with

gangue of pyrite, quartz, carbonate, graphite,

and ankerite. Copper mineralization occurs in

quartz-carbonate veins.

➢ The northeast-trending and steeply dipping

fracture system and mineralized veining at

Magnum Creek was explored for a length of

1,375 meters, 90 meters wide, and to a depth

of 365 meters. Veins range from less than 1

meter up to 7.6 meters, and ten veins have

been identified.

➢ From 1970-1974, the Churchill mine

processed 598,000 tons of copper ore grading

3.0% copper.

➢ As the mining is perceived to be by underground methods, surface disturbance will beminimal

➢ Virtually all of the material mined will be ore and no extensive waste dumps will be createdin the process

➢ The streams of the area drain east and therefore do not form part of the Pacific spawningsystem

➢ Project site is in a very remote location, away from any inhabited area, parks, recreationalamenities and other natural resource industry, therefore re-opening a mine in this areashould have no detrimental effect on the other values and qualities of the region

➢ High lime content of vein mineral and host rock should be sufficient to offset acidgeneration potential of sulphide content of tailings

➢ Additional limestone can be mined and added to tailings if needed
