Does postures have an

impact on your behavior?

Do you cross your legs?

Or wrap

Your ankles

Or rather spread your legs

When you are to face some interview or address public.

Amy Cuddy A social scientist

who studies body language.

Like an actual language? With which

we can communicate

No a non-verbal one

LikeWhat?

•An awkward interaction•A contemptuous glance

Or an awkward winkOr Just a smile

Or just a simple hand shake.

We pass judgments based on this

We pass judgments based on this

Maybe unintentionally

When we hire someone

When we hire someone

Or promote someone

To whom we are going date with

To whom we are going date with

Or to whom we are going to vote for……

So what are non-verbal expressions?

This is how we display:• Power• Pride• Dominance• Victory

And this is how we show:• Nervousness • Powerless• Depression

Women more tend to show contracting, shrinking or rather powerless poses whereas men generally display power poses.

Our non-verbal govern how we and people think and feel about us.Our mind change our body and similarly our body transforms our mind.

People who fake power poses

They actually feelConfidentLike a winner

IncreaseIn testosterone

Increase In Cortisol

Can power posing really

Change your life?

By doing so people feel more• Confident• Passionate• Enthusiasts• Authentic• Comfortable• Captivating
