Shipping and Delivery: 1. Verify or change Shipping Address 2. Select Order Creation Date • Enter Week and the Day (every fourth Friday) • Enter Date in Month (the 15th of every month)3. Select Delivery Options4. Click Continue

Payment:1. Select Yes or No to allow prices to appear on packing list2. Check the Payment Authorization Agreement Checkbox3. Select a Stored Credit Card or enter Credit Card information4. Click Continue

Order Preview:1. Review your Order information for accuracy

Manage and Modify Your DITTO Scheduled Orders:1. Click DITTO in the page header 2. Select a DITTO name from All DITTO Orders3. Scroll down to add or remove products or to change delivery frequency4. Click Update Order5. Click Manage Order to change Order Name, Volume Recipient, or Order Status6. Click Update

Option 2: Build a DITTO from the Shopping Cart or a List: 1. Access the Cart or a List 2. Select items to add 3. Click Add to DITTO 4. Create a Name for the New DITTO Order, and click Add OR Add New Products to an existing order by Selecting a Checkbox in front of a DITTO Order, and click Add

Option 3: Build a DITTO from the DITTO Home page: 1. Click DITTO in the page header 2. Create a Name for the New DITTO Order 3. Click Create 4. Add products by entering a SKU, and click Add 5. Click Continue to Complete your Order

Option 1: Build a DITTO from Product Pages: 1. Access a Product Page 2. Enter Quantity, and click Add to DITTO 3. Create a Name for the New DITTO Order, and click Add Or Add New Products to an existing order by Selecting Checkbox in front of a DITTO Order, and click Add

Scheduled Orders:1. Click DITTO in the page header2. Select a DITTO Order from Incomplete DITTO Orders Note: if using Option 3, skip this step3. Click Set Pricing drop-down box, Select IBO Pricing or Retail Pricing4. Enter the amount of product to be sent per month in the Month fields5. Click Update Order6. View Order Details7. Click Continue
