The old was changed to a wood pellet burn er. The 2000 liter diesel tank removed and replaced with one big pellet distribution box. To design the box, visual spa tial skill was taught by practic ing with different objects and shapes. Perspective drawings and orthographic projection. When fixing in one place, somewhere else breaks or be renewed. Unstable electricity, the water pump broke, and the old radiators were too small. The youths learned about wiring, replace a water pump, and to install heating radiators. What type of vocational skills do the youths want. In the career planning sessions, they identified comic characters related to different professions. Direction of activities resulted in a microcosm of society, a "microcompany school" where the youth were exposed to the outside world through their own activities of rudimentary company management. Start ing with "Design and Planning" department and executing the plans through other depart ments, made the learning fun, challenging and interesting.
