CHALLENGES Many parents don’t return the paper forms Parents have difficulty joining the Yahoo group, and some

issues cannot be resolved

2013-2014 PROPOSAL First week of school, paper registration form to be returned to Mrs

Bishop for first student grade Could be attached to handbook, to confirm understanding of expectations Could include sponsorship/donation request

Class roster and form data entered into spreadsheet for tracking activity through year

Email information loaded from spreadsheet to MailChimp to create distribution lists

Band information communicated via: AMS Blackboard site by Mrs Bishop Newsletter (email distribution list) by Marna Carlson and Mrs Bishop via MailChimp Website by Marna Carlson Remove Yahoo Group
