The 2018 Science Fair is Wednesday, March 28, 2018. Permission forms have been sent home. If you need another, please contact your child’s teacher. For more information, please click this link.
Judges Needed for Science Fair: Calling All Volunteers! The Fall Creek Science Fair is just around the corner, and we are searching for volunteers! We will need volunteers the day before the fair for setup, the day of the fair and for our judging exchange with other schools. No Fall Creek parents can judge our own fair.
Our most pressing need is for the judging exchange. This is our opportunity to judge other Humble ISD campus science fairs. In return, Fall Creek will have volunteers from other schools come and participate at our fair. This helps judging remain fair (no parent judges for home campuses). The judging process is very fun and engaging! You need no science background to come out and volunteer. Please feel free to e-mail for any questions or concerns. For more
Volunteers Needed – JA BizTown The 5th grade team needs parents/guardians to help at the upcoming BizTown field trip. We are looking for approxi-mately 16-28 volunteers to join us on a trip to JA BizTown on
April 16th from 8:30 am-1:30 pm. This is such a fun program to be a part of with your child! Click here to view the flyer that includes full details and instructions on how to sign up.
If your child is missing a lunch box, sweater, jacket, water bottle, or other item, be sure and check the lost and found. It is a good idea to place your child’s name on all belongings. All items will be donated to charity after Friday, March 9th.
Dear FCE Parents, Teachers & Staff,
On behalf of the PTO I wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU! Thank you for coming out to our 9th annual FCE Spring Fundraiser Live & Silent Auction: Fall Creek’s Back Yard Bash and making it such a fun and successful evening for our kids and our school. Without the support of our sponsors, donors, parents, teachers & staff we wouldn’t be able to raise the amount of money that this fundraiser does every year and for this we THANK YOU! The funds we raised will allow the FCE PTO to be able to continue funding various academic, cultural, and technological learning activities and improvements for our students.
I would also like to take this time to put a spotlight on the amazing committee of ladies that have poured countless hours working to put on this fantastic event! These ladies have worked hard at collecting donations, perfecting decorations, monitoring and testing our auction system, creating graphics, finding entertainment and so much more pulling it all together to ensure that the event is a successful one. Thank you for helping to make our school and our community a better place!

When you come out with your class, you will sit at your colored cone. After receiving instructions, you will go to your colored cone staggered around the track. You will have a volunteer(s) designated to hand out popsicle sticks for your class. For every lap your students, their parents, grandparents or whoever is walking or running with your class, will receive a popsicle stick. Once time is called, collect sticks and get a grand total for your class and tell it to either Coach Edmonds or Coach Marion. At the end of your rotation time, whichever class has the most overall sticks, will receive a popcorn party! Invite as many parents and relatives as you can. Every lap matters!
