Precision impression
Panasil® tray is a high viscosity, addition-curing, elastomer
precision impression material on a vinyl polysiloxane
base with different degrees of fi nal hardness and setting
characteristics: The higher fi nal hardness of the quick-
setting tray Fast allows it to be used for the two-stage
impression technique, as it can be easily trimmed; tray
Soft is ideal for the two-step technique due to its lower
fi nal hardness.
Advantages
✓ Best elastomer properties ensure dimensionally accurate elastic recovery and easy, reliable removal from the mouth
✓ Easy, hygienic mixing at the press of a button in the practical 380 ml jumbo cartridge from Kettenbach or in the conventional 50 ml cartridge
✓ Fast set: short intraoral setting time (2 minutes) with a total working time tailored to the needs of the practice (1:20 minutes)
✓ Soft: reduced final hardness for even easier removal from the mouth

Universal
use!
Panasil® monophase Medium is a medium viscosity,
elastomer, syringeable monophase impression material
on an A-silicone base. The high final hardness of
Panasil® monophase Medium makes it ideal for pick-up
impressions with fi xed/removable prosthetic restorations
and in implantology. It is also indicated for taking
impressions for fabricating crowns/bridges, inlays/onlays
and veneers due to its pronounced initial hydrophilicity.
Advantages
✓ Optimum flow behavior in a moist environment (lowest achievable contact angle of below 10° after 1 second) as basis for precise results
✓ Short intraoral setting time (2 minutes) with a total working time tailored to the needs of the practice (2 minutes)
✓ High final hardness (Shore-A-60) for precise transfer of the three-dimensional relationship in the pick-up impression
✓ Best elastomer properties ensure dimensionally accurate elastic recovery and easy, reliable removal from the mouth
✓ Universal use for monophase and one-step impressions increases its cost-effectiveness in the practice
✓ Available in the practical 380 ml jumbo cartridge from Kettenbach and in the familiar 50 ml cartridge
