The owner at this organization action is mr.pravinbhai patel.

There are four members work in this shop.

Every electric item are available in this shop.

The goal at this shop is to provide every electronic item to the customer.

It is a very time consuming process.

Customer comes to the shop then owner have to made entry manually on

note book.

Sales & purchase entry are noted to a sales and purchase muster.

As the current system is totally manual.

It require more time for completion of any work.

It possible the chances of some errors.

The new system is computerised .

The electronic shop having number of customers can directly manage the

registration from more then one customer.

To provide easy to shop information in computerized system so it can be easy

available for retrieval.

To make calculation easily.

To provide easily and fast searching facility.

New system give immediate response to the possible query.

To reduce main power involve in the procedure.

It becomes more helpful to save the time.

LOGIN:- In this process admin enters username and password.

PRODUCT:- In this process admin enter information various product.

CUSTOMER:-

In this process customer enter the shop then admin save information of customer like

as Name,city,address etc.

SUPPLIER:- In this process save an information of supplier like as name ,city,address etc.

PURCHASE:- In this process place order to the supplier .

SALES:- In this process customer purchase the product then admin save a sales information.

DAMAGE PRODUCT:- In this process admin save the damge product information.

STOCK UPDATION:- After placing the purchase order and admin receive the product then this process

use it.

After selling the product then this process using it.

GENERATE REPORT:- In this process admin generate the various report which contain information about

a customer ,supplier,sales,purchase,damage product etc…
