• Alachua County Circuit Court gained jurisdiction over site plan in 1986

site plan in September 2013• Applicant requests minor parking expansion

Applicant Request
• The applicant is requesting a minor amendment to the Timber Village Planned Development (PD) in order to create 13 additional parking areas totaling approximately 2,100 sq .ft.
Staff Recommendation
• Staff recommends that the Commission hear the item and approve the minor amendment request with the bases and conditions as noted in the staff report.
