Zambezi Portland Cement continues to suffer

On 19th May 2016, the Court has refused the request of Finsbury Investments to liquidate

the Zambezi Portland Cement.

The Judge, Justice F. M. Chishimba, found that

it would not be just and equitable to

appoint a liquidator for the cement factory

when the ownership is itself a topic of dispute.

This incident has given another

opportunity to the Ventriglia family as

they will now continue with their

loot.

43 trucks from Zambezi Portland Cement has already been transferred to Miloto transport.

”The title deeds of the plant has been recreated

and leased to Astrea Investments.

Both, Miloto Transport and Astrea Investments are owned by the Ventriglia family themselves.

It is evident that they trying to steal as much as possible from the Ndola cement factory before a decision is made by the Court.

In light of such developments, it would be herd to ascertain the period when the people of Ndola will have justice.

They have been constantly abused by the Ventriglia family and with involvement of Zambia Reports they think themselves to be invincible.

For how long will Zambians continue to suffer?

When will justice be served?

Who will repay the damage made at Zambezi Portland Cement?
