~In the exigency of service, and to comply with therequirements of the Bureau of the Treasury CBTr) in the bonding ofaccountable officers, all designated Collecting Officers (CO) arehereby directed to file their respective Applications for bond (newand renewal) with the BTr branch located nearest your officialstation and submit to the Financial Service the Confirmation Letterthat will be issued by the Bureau of the Treasury. The premiumpaid will be reimbursed upon submission of the original copy ofthe Official Receipt issued by the BTr.

This Circular takes effect immediately. .
