Lousado inhabitants have a positive view of their village and a strong bond with it. They think it’s a good place to live in.

But nowadays, Lousadenses are concerned about the future.

Due to the national economic crisis there is a great percentage of unemployment among youngsters and among people aged 25 to 50.

Associations have an important role in the village as they aim to provide Lousadenses with some of the things that allow them to have a better life and better ways of enjoying it.

Most of these associations´ members are young people who want to make a difference.

time activities for Lousadenses. Like the C.D.L. (a sports association) with

activities like karate, cycling and football…
