All you do is concentrate on 3 things1. Sit down comfortably on a chair, back straight, feet uncrossed flat on the ground.2. Feel the distribution of your bodyweight touching chair and ground before you drop all your weight.. relax all muscles one by one, check if there is any muscle tense still... Take a deep breath and Smile…3. Now focus on observing exactly the moment when your breath switches form inhale to exhale and vice versa.
