Come to Parents’ Evening 4th & 10th March Speak to subject teachers. Find out more about new subjects. Speak to the people who know. Use the Careers room on Fronter for information and Q & A Forum

Hand in form to form tutorMonday 8th MarchMonday 15th March

Make sure you are clear about your personal pathway

Breadth and balance are healthy

There is room for specialisation where it suits

If you don’t get a very good pass in your GCSE science modules but want to do the three separate sciences then you will have to give up your 4th preference to allow you to study science in 9 periods not six. Make sure you tick the box

Get well informed, especially about new courses

List preferences in priority order

Return forms on the Monday following the parents’ evening

Late forms will be dealt with last. 2 back up preferences are essential

Courses will only run if numbers make it viable

Places on oversubscribed courses will be allocated to those who make them a higher priority

If you do not hear to the contrary assume all preferences have been allocated
