Our kidneys filter waste (urine) from blood and reabsorb nutrients.

Muscles can only contract. Thus, the muscles have to work together. Some muscles contract to bend the leg whereas others contract to extend the leg. Antagonistic muscles work opposite to each other – when one contracts the other one relaxes.
