Tostartwith,registeracameranickname.ThisnicknamewillbedisplayedonthescreenoftargetdeviceswhenconnectingtootherdevicesviawirelessLAN.

Adjusting Settings for Using Web Services From CANON iMAGE GATEWAY

AdjustaccountsettingsfortheWebservicesyouwanttouse.BecauseCameraWindowisusedtoadjustsettings,besuretoinstallitfromtheincludedCD-ROMbeforehand.Installationinstructionscanbefoundin“IncludedSoftware,Manuals”intheCamera User Guide.

1 Connect the camera to a computer with the interface cable.●● WhenusingaWindowscomputer,youcanconnectwirelessly,withoutusinganinterfacecable,howeversettingsmustbecompletedbeforehand(p.w-28).

2 Start CameraWindow.●● Pressthe1buttontoturnthecameraon.●● FordetailsonhowtostartCameraWindow,see“StartCameraWindow”(p.w-37).

3 Choose [Set Up Web Services].●● Click[SetUpWebServices].

4 Login to CANON iMAGE GATEWAY.●● EnteryourCANONiMAGEGATEWAYloginnameandpassword,andthenclick[Login].

• Toaddmultiplesmartphones,repeattheaboveproceduresstartingfromstep1.

• Onceasmartphoneisadded,thesmartphonenamewillbedisplayedonthescreeninstep3.Toconnecttoasmartphoneagain,simplychoosethesmartphonenamefromthelist.

• Tochangeprivacysettingsforsmartphonesaddedtothelist,choosethesmartphonewhosesettingsyouwanttochangefrom[EditaDevice]instep3,andthenchoose[ViewSettings].
