SUMMARY OF GATHERING BLUE
Gathering Blue by Lois Lowry teaches us to keep our chin up. In the beginning, Kira’s mother died. Then, Vandara tries to take her land away from her. After that they go to the council of Edifice. After all that stress she must take on her mothers job of repairing the singers robe, and moves in the council of Edifice. After she gets settled she helps a small tyke named Jo. At the end, Matt finds blue threads.
