This is the page that will show up after logging in.This is where you can access your “Open” & “Closed” Promotions.

To view a Promotion, just click on the Promotion…

Here you will find a list of all the stores.For Kwik Fill, this is where each District Manager places the orders for all of their stores.We can set this up that way or we can make it so just one person enters the orders.

If you click on a store, this is the page that shows up. It’s the order. There are instructions at the top of the page.

All you have to do is enter the qty for each item.You can “SAVE” the order and come back and finish if needed, or click the box next to

“Complete Order” at the bottom and “Save Changes” to officially submit the order.Once the order is submitted, the office will receive an emailed order confirmation.

We can set the online system up so someone at your company can enter the

products; Lay’s Pole Sign, VA Ham Window Sign, etc.

Or if you send me a list of the promos and the types of signage for the promo, I can

enter it online for you.(This is currently what we do for Kwik Fill)

If we receive artwork in time, we can add the artwork to the online system. If not,

everything will still get entered, there just won’t be any artwork next to the promo,

just the verbiage.

When the order is complete, there are several Reports you can create…

Store Level Report; this is each individual store’s order. This is what’s used for the Packing Slips. (prints as individual 8 ½” X 11” sheets)

Area Level Report; this is something you probably won’t use per you don’t have Areas/Districts.

Cost-By-Sign-Type; this will give you a breakdown of the order.

Excel Exporting:Just click the “Excel Export” and this will begin to export the whole order into an Excel Spreadsheet.
