Why I Like to Live in America

• Hi, I’m Jessica, and I will be telling you why I love living in America. Here are my three topics: food and drinks, friends and family, and freedom.

•Food and drinks are important because I hate seafood because it makes me gag. I hate bugs so I could not live in China or Japan. Also, I hate to drink tea and coffee. I need some Coke, Dr. Pepper, Sprite, Vanilla Coke, Diet Coke and Root Beer. This is all I can think of, but these things are my reasons for food and drinks.

• In China, you are only allowed to have one child. If you have more than one, you have to pay for her or him. If America was like Japan or China, I couldn’t have any rich friends. I couldn’t let them come over or call them.

• Last, but not least, Freedom in America is great. But, in other places like Afghanistan, women have to cover their faces and cannot wear makeup. I know my mom would hate it there and I would hate it there. They teach little children how to use a gun, and I hate that.

• These are the reasons why I love living in America.
