Why Building an Organizational Chart Makes Sense

Creating a functional organizational chart is an

incredibly helpful exercise for companies in the $750,000 or

above range.

Organization charts can help you identify and reach growth goals you have set for

the company.

What is necessary to build a great team of employees.

First, create an in depth chart of

your current employees and

what each person does on

a daily basis.

Then look at what your future plans are for the company.

Learn who you could hire that could transform your company.

Map out where you see gaps in where you want

to go and the resources you

have to get there.

If we use marketing as an example, think through everything that marketing has to do:

• Website• Blog posts• Print advertising• Online marketing• Social media marketing• Etc.
