This is who I have become.

A better version, in my humble opinion.

Jk i love you Marium <3

What do I do?➔ Make y’all a nice, big family.

Bring Exec & Council closer together.

➔ Sass and support you.Help you in understanding what it means to be a councillor, and how to better serve your constituents.

➔ Engage the student body. Look at ways to better use our/your social media, as well as in-person marketing & consultations to let them know what we do.

Why is this important TO YOU?

I plan Council Retreat.

● Let me know how I can make it resourceful for you

● Talk to me about worries/concerns

● Social activities

I’m here to help make Council comfy & efficient.

● LMK if: you’re not confident, you don’t feel comfortable, you don’t know what to do, want to increase your productivity as a councillor, etc.

● Give me tips on the TL;DR documents

● If you’re not in town/miss training we can meet/Skype

New Council Voting System

● What is lacking/can be improved from the current system

Engage & Inform Students

● How we can reshape/further add onto our presence (social media + in person) regarding Council activity

● What you’d like to see in the Councillor Engagement Guidelines

Exec → Council → Constituents1. Better relations, engagement, and

knowledge of Executives & AMS Councillors.2. Properly informed Councillors can thus

better work in their constituencies.3. Better serving AMS & constituencies =

efficient representation of the student body.
