weekly, AK 3 monthly 20 patients

16 await ultrasound 3 on treatment, 1 about to start

‘The move to Watford’ March 2009 St Albans and Hemel clinics

unaffected Endoscopy at Hemel continues to run

19.5 lists/week (BCSP, cystos, no ERCP)

Endoscopy waits: 2 weeks urgent (regardless of 2ww), 5 weeks routine

cover each other No wait….. Fewer patients sent to

tertiary centres

GRS scores

Commissioning 2010 40% reduction in clinic numbers!!?? Trust is planning more for a 10%

reduction How is this going to be done? Any way you can think of to help

you reduce referrals- we are listening!

Finally…. Ian Barrison retiring 16th July 2010 Replaced by ?????

AK ‘retired’ from clinical lead 1/4/2010- Mark Fullard is the new lead
