Event  Managers  don’t  need  to  understand  people.

They  are  just  really  good  at  logis8cs.

That’s  u)er  crap!

Here’s  why  …

In  the  past  …    a  good  event  manager  was  someone  who  was

really  efficient,  knew  all  the  venues  around  town,  around  the  country  and  even  around  the  world  and  could  find  a  supplier  for  just  about  anything  from

their  liEle  black  book.

An  event  manager  was    the  most  organised  person  around.

Well,  that’s  just  not  good  enough  anymore.      Today,  being  a  good  organiser  is

just  a  8cket  to  the  game!

Your  event  manager  must    interpret  the  strategic  objec0ves  of  your  event  and  then  collaborate  with  you  (the  client)  to

deliver  the  required  event  results

Before  we  design  any  event,  we  need  to  understand  what  the  audience  needs  to

know,  feel  and  do    in  the  days,  weeks  and  months  a:er  the  event.

And  the  key  to  achieving  this  is  collabora0on.    ANer  all,  no  one  knows  more  about  your

business,  culture,  language  and  people  than    ….  you,  the  client.

What  a  skilled  event  manager  brings  to  the  table,  are  •   our  skills  as  crea8ve  communicators

•  our  ability  to  engage  an  audience  at  both  an  intellectual  and  an  emo0onal  level.

And  the  best  results  come  from  robust  discussion.  Challenging  ‘tradi8onal  thinking’.

Not  necessarily  running  with  the  first  idea  that  pops  up.

When  viewed  in  this  way,  an  event  is  really  a  campaign  that  starts  way  before  the  conference,  product  launch,  internal  presenta8on,  gala

awards  dinner,  or  Christmas  party,      and  certainly  doesn’t  end  once  the  audience

has  leN  the  venue  …  in  fact  that  is  only  the  beginning.

Genius:  The  ability  to  think  clearly,  concisely  and  crea8vely  across  the  mul8ple  levels  that  make  up  an  event  is  the  cornerstone    of  its  success

Magic:  Touching  the  right  emo8ons  to  get  the  right  results  is  what  drives  results

Results:    We  understand  that  your  event    is  part  of  a  much  bigger  picture.    It’s  about  growing  your  business

Next  Day   Next  Week   Next  Month   Next  Year  Your event

Always  choose  an  event  manager  who    thinks  about  the  results

before  they  think  about  the  venue.
