What is it?

My Definition:“The flipped classroom is an environment

where students can take learning onto a whole new level. Teachers can now utilize their classroom time for students to complete projects and other activities that develop within them a deeper understanding of the concepts being taught and really addresses different learning styles. Students learn through hands-on and conversations not only with their peers but also with their teacher.”

Why Flip?Flipping the classroom allows the teacher more time to really delve into activities with deeper thinking.Allows students time to develop a better understanding and an environment built for them to seek help.Allows more “real-world” experiences.It’s more interesting and more fun!
