The Central Comprehensive Center (C3) at the University of Oklahomais one of 15 Regional Comprehensive Centers funded by the U.S. Departmentof Education to support state departments of education in implementing the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). C3 supports Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri.
