We are a small Wendy’s franchisee located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

Our name is “ Fashion Food LLC” . We own and operate 5 Wendy’s restaurants.

• We currently employ about 160 people and we have been in the business since 1987.

• We have had great experiences hiring and hosting J1 Students from around the world.

5 Locations on Cape Cod

• All locations are only one and a half hours by bus from Boston/a major US city

• Five hours by bus from New York City

• Crew member in a fast food restaurant. Positions will be rotational and at the manager’s discretion.

• Students will take customer orders, work in the kitchen and other cleaning responsibilities.

• We do a lot of cross-training and we assign people to different responsibilities frequently.

• Students need to bring black leather shoes

• How much will I get paid? – $8.00 per hour.

– 35 – 40 hours per week

– Discounted meal per shift at 50% off

– Overtime pays time-and-a-half

– 4 - 5 days work per week

Frequency of Pay

• When do I get paid?

–Pay is every week, distributed on Fridays.

• Our policy is that you first must fulfill your schedule obligations at the Wendy’s restaurant. If another job can be fit into your schedule after Wendy’s, then it must be discussed with your manager.

Housing

• Housing is provided at all of our locations.

• Housing is not mandatory, but it is often chosen by students because it is affordable and convenient.

• All homes are all single family shared dwellings.

• Bedrooms are separated for boys and girls.

• Linens are included.

• Homes are walking distance to the restaurant approximately 5-10 minutes

• Rent is $80.00 per week.
