Administrative Matters

Students have been allocated a 2018 MacKillop College diary, as well as a copy of their Timetable. They must have these items with them for every theory class they attend, as well as any specific books and equipment they may need for their particular subject

All Year 10 students must :

• Complete all standards and tasks in Religious Education

• Satisfactorily meet the required standard in at least 5 subjects

Achievement & Promotion

When are absences approved? When:• a note from a parent/guardian and

a medical certificate/statutory declaration made on the day of the absence is provided

N.B. Certificates issued by pharmacists are not accepted

When are absences approved?

When: • required to attend a school organised

activity or excursion• provided with a note from a College

Counsellor/Psychologist, stating the date/time of absence
