As skaters progress through

skill levels, they will have the

opportunity to enhance their

experience through participa-

tion in specialized KOI PLUS

programming: Speedskating,

Hockey, Figure Skating, or

Synchronized Skating.

Welcome to Kids On Ice® at Fort Dupont Ice Arena!

Our mission is to provide increased opportunity, education, and inspiration to

the young people of Washington, DC and the surrounding area through ice

skating and educational activities.

Through generous donations and grants, we are able

to offer low-cost, high-quality skating instruction to all

who are interested. No one is turned away for inability

to pay.

Getting started!

Begin with our Snowplow Sam (age 5-6) or Basic Skills (age 7-17) curriculum

from Learn to Skate USA. Skills are learned in progression through six basic

levels; skaters advance upon showing mastery of all the skills on each level.

How to register...

Complete and return the New Student Registration Form and Scholarship Form

(if financial assistance is requested) before the deadline. NO PAYMENT IS

NEEDED UNTIL YOU ARE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM.
