The Burning Questions You’ve Always Wanted Answered …
Now It’s Your Turn to Ask the Tough Questions!
What burning questions have you always wanted to ask Senior
leadership about project management?
Join us Wednesday night, March 11th, to ask notable members of the PMI Chicago
Executive Council the questions you wouldn’t typically ask at work!
Do executives value project management?
How involved should executives be in the typical project management process?
How can we determine if we launched the “right” projects to meet strategic goals?
As an executive, what traits do you look for in a PM when running your projects?
How does senior leadership want to be informed on project status?
What pitfalls should I be aware of in communicating to executives?
What steps can be taken to enhance the morale of a team?

PM Training Ground
“PM Training Ground” is an initiative designed to allow new or transitioning project managers an opportunity to manage projects within the PMI Chicagoland Chapter.
We are currently seeking project managers who are looking to gain some experience managing projects as they transition into project management.
The PM Training Ground is also seeking experienced Project Managers who are interested in volunteering to advise these “new” project managers as they try their
hands at managing small scale projects within the PMI Chicagoland chapter.
A formal kick off is upcoming.
We currently have 3 Project Managers who need advisors to assist with guidance and direction as the PM's manage their projects. Each advisor/Project Manager will
set their own touch point times which work best for both.
This initiative falls under the Membership team.
If you are interested please email Karen Johnson at PMTG@pmi-chicagoland.org.
