Senior Fees● Senior Fees ~ $125 until October 4.

○ Includes diploma, diploma cover, cap and gown, graduation program, senior sponsored activities, alumni tee shirt, and miscellaneous graduation expenses.

○ Fees increase after October 4, December 18, and February 14. Schedule on the back of the Timeline.

Payment arrangements:

Cash or checks payable to Central High School. After December 18, cash only and students do not receive an alumni tee shirt.

Graduation Announcements and Balfour● Balfour will meet with seniors during

advisement on October 24, 2019. ● On campus orders November 1 &

December 5● The graduation announcement is the

“invitation” to attend the ceremony at the coliseum. The announcement does not include the ceremony admission ticket.

Prom & Junior Dues● Central High School Prom Sponsors

○ Kaci Perryman, Abigail Smith, Alli Duncan● Junior Dues ~ Paid in the 11th grade year; one time fee of

$100 until October 3, increases to $150.● Seniors only pay if they did not pay as juniors.

○ $70 from now through February 13○ Increases to $100, cash only, through March 6

★ Outside Date Fees of $50 apply to anyone who is not a junior or senior at Central High School. Increases to $100, cash only, February 14.

Expectations: Academics & Behavior

Academic coursework must be completed by 3:00 p.m., Friday, May 22, 2020 in order to have your name printed in the program and walkin the ceremony.

Behavior~Stay on track and graduate. Graduation is an honor for your parents, too.

Student Name on the DiplomaNames are pulled from the student’s birth certificate. As a legal document, this is the name which will appear on the student’s high school diploma.

Practice● Attendance at graduation practice is mandatory.● Practice will be on Friday, May 29 at 10:00 a.m. inside the

coliseum at UWG.● Students need to arrive no later than 9:45 a.m.● If students are late for practice, they will be moved to the

end of the line-up for the graduation ceremony.● If students fail to attend practice, they will not participate

in the graduation ceremony.

Ceremony Tickets● Students receive 12 tickets.● Share if you don’t need all your tickets.● There is NO cost for tickets and tickets should never be

sold.● The box office will distribute first-come first-serve tickets

beginning one hour before graduation.● The coliseum holds 4500 people. We use 3200 seats.

There is plenty of space for families and friends.

School Attire: Clothing that follows the Parent/Student Handbook guidelines.

Boys Formal Attire: Boys in black dress pants with black belt, black dress socks andblack dress shoes. White button-down or collared shirt with plaindark print bow tie or necktie.

Girls Formal Attire: Girls in black dress pants and black dress shoes with white blouseor black dress (knee length) and black shoes. Shoes may be opentoe or sling-back, but not both. Clothing may not be low-cut, too short, or clingy.
