Year 3 Home Learning - Week 12 Dear Year 3s Here is a selection of activities for you to complete at home this week. Don’t forget to keep practising your times tables. If you are using Times Table Rock Star make sure you are using the Garage mode. You need to focus on the 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 8x and 10x but if you can learn the others that would be amazing! Remember at the moment your TTRockstar login will also give you access to Numbots to practise some other mental Maths. If you’ve read all your books at home remember there are free e-books to read on Oxford OwlBBC Bitesize have lessons each day just put in Year 3 and have a browse!

Can you proofread these sentences and correct them. Remember to look for spelling and punctuation. If you can think of any better word choices then we would love to see them too.

Here is the whole of the text ‘The Tin Forest’ that we have been looking at over the last few weeks. After reading it all could you write a blurb for the back of the book by summarising what happens in the text and what it is about?
