Open up Adobe Premiere
Create a new project
Give your project a name then press (OK)

Grab your images from the location they are kept and place them into the

Select all (Ctrl+A)
Right click then Speed/Duration…

Change the duration to 00;00;00;01
Navis Jpeg to Adobe Premiere
Now with all the images selected. Move them over to below panel
If your screen does not look like above change to Assembly
Scrub animation for errors
Export animation
Navis Jpeg to Adobe Premiere
Navis Jpeg to Adobe Premiere
Match settings as seen below then press (Export)
Make sure to update the saved location
