Privacy Statement

It is the policy of the Point Edward Early Learning Cente to treat everyone with dignity and respect.

We aim to ensure that all parents can share their information knowing it will only be used to for the disclosed purposes. They will have ready access to the files and records of their own child, but do not have access to information about any other person.

Staff will have access to their own personal information and that of the children enrolled or previously enrolled in our programs, as required.

Staff will not discuss personal information given by parents with other staff members except where it is pertinent to the situation.

Personal information is always kept securely. Personal information is not disclosed without the permission

of our families and staff with the exception of the following situations:
