HOW TO BOOK A TUTORING APPOINTMENT ONLINE WITH

CASA TUTORING CENTER

1. Go to casatutoring.appointy.com

2. Click on the drop down arrow for the subject you would like to receive tutoring. Then select the specific course e.g. English 101. All tutors who tutor that course will appear on the far right.

3. You can select a specific tutor then click next to find the available times for that tutor. Or you can click next without selecting a tutor.

4. If you selected a specific tutor all available times for that tutor will be displayed on the screen. If you did not select a tutor, the available times for all tutors in the course you selected (e.g. English 101) will be displayed on the screen. Choose a preferred date and time then click next.

5. You will be prompted to enter your contact information (first and last name and Morgan email address). Then click next.

6. A notification of the appointment will appear. You MUST click Book Now to confirm your appointment.

7. You and your tutor will receive an appointment confirmation.
