Because foreign language instruction has

become much more learner-centered in

recent years, needs analysis is a must for

effective learning process to occur

(Lee 2002; Long 2005; Kikuchi and Apple

2006)

Needs analysis does give valuable information for teachers and linguists to

understand the learners’ needs and attitude of language the target language
