1 Creating a new packing list

1. Tap on the “New Inventory List” icon

2. Enter the client’s name

3. Enter the job reference number

4. Tap on “Create” or “Start” to begin with the inventory right away

2 Starting a packing list

1. Tap on the client name

2. Tap on the “Boxes” icon

3. Take preprinted label no. 1

4. Tap on “+” and affix label no. 1 on a package

5. Notice the 1 in the upper right corner

3 Adding package content

1. Select the room where the package came from 2. Select package type 3. Tap on the “+” under Content

4. Start typing the item name

5. Tap on the item in the completion list

Tap on “+” to add more items

6. Swipe your finger from left to right on the desired item and tap “Delete” if you

want to delete it

4 Creating the next package

1. Tap on “New”

2. Notice the new label number 3. Affix label 2 on the package 4. Enter its content

5 Replicating packages

1. If the next package is identical to the current one, tap “Clone” and note the new

label number 2. Affix the label on the package and you're done

6 Adding item details/damages

1. Tap on the item name

2. If an item is a part, check the «Is Part» box

3. Adjust the item quantity

4. Select the damage type

5. Enter comments as necessary

6. Tap on the camera

7. Aim and tap on the screen to take a photo

8. Tap on the label icon when finished

7 Viewing inventory

1. Tap on “Inventory Summary” 2. Tap on any package to go back into the package details 3. Enter a label number and tap “Find” to jump to a specific package

8 Adding electronic appliance details

Go to a label with an appliance

1. Tap on the item name

2. Enter appliance details as necessary

3. Tap on “Label”

Tap on the TV icon to

view all appliances

9 Adding fine art details

Go to a label with a fine art object

1. Add new package content

2. Enter the name of the item and press “+”

3. Fill out the details of the fine art item, and tap on “Label”

4. Fill out fine art details as necessary, and tap on “Label” when you’re finished

10 Adding new items on the fly

1. Start entering an item

2. Spell out the item and tap “+”

11 Adding packers

1. Go to the Inventory Summary screen

2. Tap on the sheet icon, and select “Packers”

3. Enter the packer’s name

4. Tap “+”

5. Set the packer as the foreman by tapping on the box beside the packer’s name

6. Tap “Inventory Summary” to return to the Inventory Summary screen

7. To delete a packer, tap on the packer and swipe your finger from left to right

8. Tap “Delete”

12 Pre-configuring a list of packers

1. Go to the main screen, tap on the “Gear” icon, and select “Configuration”

2. Tap on “Packers”

3. Start typing the packers’ names and tap on “+” to add them to the list

4. Go back to the Inventory Summary screen, tap on the sheet icon on the bottom

of the screen, and select “Packers”

5. Tap on “Select Packer” and choose a packer from the pre-configured list of

packers

6. Set the packer as the foreman

13 Finishing the inventory

1. Tap the “Return” icon

2. Tap on the “Email” icon

3. Enter the client’s address

4. Tap on “Sign”

5. Allow the client to sign

6. Tap “Sign & Send”

14 Image resolution configuration

When you took many photos on the inventory, to be able to send it, you need

to change the image resolution to small.

1. Tap “Send”

2. Tap on “Images: … KB”

3. To set the proper image size, select Small

4. Tap “Send”

15 Starting Bingo/Loading sheet

1. Go to the main screen, and tap on the client’s name

2. Tap on the “Bingo” icon

3. Enter the package number

4. Tap on “Check”

5. Tap “OK”

16 Loading sheet

1. Enter the label number

2. Tap on “Check”

3. Type pallet or liftvan index

4. Tap “+”

5. Tap “Yes”

6. Select type

7. Enter the skid’s dimensions, volume, and weight

8. Add the container number and seal

9. Tap on “Label”

17 Continuing the loading proccess

1. Enter a label number

2. Tap “Check”

3. Select an existing skid

4. Tap “OK”

18 Checking missing packages

1. Tap “Suspend”

2. View missing packages

3. Tap “Checked” to see only checked labels and unchecked to see only unchecked

labels

4. Tap “All” to see the complete inventory

5. Tap “Resume” to continue checking

19 Viewing skid content

1. Tap on the “Skid” icon

2. Select a skid

3. Adjust details and view content as necessary

4. Take a photo of the skid

20 Completing Bingo/loading

Keep checking labels

1. Get the Bingo screen, and tap “OK”

21 Deleting an inventory

1. Tap on the client’s name, swipe your finger to the right, and select “Delete”

22 Creating an empty inventory

1. Tap on the “New Inventory List” icon

2. Enter the client’s name

3. Tap “Create” to create a new inventory

4. Tap on the “Gear” icon, and Select “Add Labels”

5. Set the desired number of pieces

6. Tap “OK”
