Cancellation Exhibitor: The registration must be cancelled in writing or via e-mail. In the event of such a cancellation, the organizer is entitled to charge a

processing fee of 10 percent of the package costs, but at least € 850 plus VAT. In case of choosing a package with less services

included, 10 percent of the difference between the originally booked package and the reduced package plus VAT will be charged as

a processing fee. If an exhibitor refuses to fulfil the contract after the stand confirmation has been issued, the exhibitor shall remain

obliged to pay the package in full. If the VDA is able to assign the originally booked package to a new exhibitor who had not yet

booked a package, it shall charge the exhibitor a contractual penalty of one third of the package price, with a minimum charge of €

1,000.

Cancellation Tradeshow Organizer:For cancellation details see our Check List on details and costs. To minimize your financial risk, if the IAA MOBILITY is canceled by

the VDA, we will waive the cancelation fee of 10% of the packages. We will reimburse you the full amount of packages that have

already been paid.With these measures, we would like to make a helpful contribution to your participation in IAA MOBILITY 2021.
