o Enexis manages the energy netw orks in the Northern, Eastern and Southern parts of the

Netherlands.

o We provide electricity to 2,6 million and gas to 2 million customers.

o We maintain and renew the network (power cables, gas pipelines and substations) and care for

high standards of network reliability and safety

Electricity

• 2,6 miljoen Customers

• 140.000 km MV-/LV-Cables

• 51.000 transformer stations

• SAIDI* 22 min. per year

* System Average Interruption Duration Index

Gas

• 2,0 miljoen Customers

• 44.000 km HD en LD gas mains

• 24.000 stations

DEMO

25 oktober 2013

Conclusion

• Dataownership strategy and quality is a must

• One logical network model and single source of data truth

• Data becomes more and more realtime and will only increase in the future

next steps • Data validation based on quality and completeness

• Make real time load data available

• Establish the Dynamic Data Ware House Accessibilty of the data to gain the benefits of “BIG” data analysis to evolve with dedicated tools
