Aghast

Startled or Surprised. “He was aghast when

he got his first car.”

Ample

Having plenty of something.

“We had an ample amount of food on Thanksgiving.”

Apparition

A ghostly figure or ghost.

“i was once in a cemetery and saw an apparition, except it wasn't one because ghosts aren't real.

Cower

To crouch or shrink away from in fear.

“The cat cowers during storms.”

Epitaph

Brief statement written on a tomb or gravestone.

“My epitaph will be interesting I hope.”

Pulverize

To grind or pound. “The man was

pulverized in the fight by Kimbo Slice.”

Defect

An imperfection or flaw.”

“The car has many defects after the crash.”

Premonition

A forewarning of an event.

“Some people don't like Obama.”

Acme

The highest point “The acme of a cliff is

its peak.”

Convey

To transport. “The convey dropped

off supplies to the soldiers.”

Exotic

Out of the ordinary. “The exotic bass was

amazing.”

Haggard

Thin or pale as the result of worrying.

“The old woman was haggard with her years.”

Stance

A way of standing. “The fighters had an

excellent stance.”

Turncoat

Someone who is a traitor.

“Ronald McDonald was a turncoat because Burger King beats disgusting McDonald's”

Attire

An article of clothing or jewelry. Something you wear.

“Some people say different attire from theirs is weird.

Crony

A good friend “Some peoples

crony's are very cool and have been for years.”

Gaunt

Very pale and think looking.

Nowadays the Rolling Stones are very gaunt.

Plummet

To fall down from a high place.

Wile E. Coyote often plummeted when tryingto get road runner.

Stoical

To have noexpression.

"I have been told i am stoical."
