BUILDING COMPLETED
Located on a highly visible corner in Belmont, this once underutilized and derelict property was transformed into an attractive and pedestrian friendly building. The new retail center is one-story high, 9,000 square feet, with a design and scale that complements the existing character of the neighborhood. Tenants include, East Boston Savings Bank and Indigo Fire (a glass and clay art studio). Additional tenants are under negotiation.
