• They will have to find solution to reduce their e-mails.

• So they have to know the tools for a better communication.

• That’s why, they will have to use « Digital All ».

WHY?1 goal on 1 year for ALL employees:

« Be connected  » by reducing your emails.

Explanation

First STEP

Alert employees on intern communication problems

People collect, hoard and protect information as if it was their own property and sharing it would make less powerful

The communication employee-employee is not good

People force other people with little or no interest in a discussion or issue to participate (cc)

People try to collaborate by sending-replying e-mails with different document version back and forth

Second STEP

Explain the goal: « Reduce e-mails »

• Focus the mail on confidential things

• Avoid Spam

• So, they will to use new communication ways to:- Have a real time conversations- Manage your presence and availability- Post project updates in a Wiki blog- React through edits and comments- Store and share document better- …

Third STEP

Present the game « Be connected  ».

Don’t forget the goal: to reduce e-mails so… 1check per month

Each month the person who will reduce the most the number of emails sent will be rewarded.

How can wechange the waywe use e-mail?

… Employees’ questions

How can I co-create andpublish?

How can I sharedocuments?

How can Ibrainstormand share ideas?

How can Icommunicatewith my team?

How can Imanageinformationand news?

Last STEP

Answer to their questions, so you have to propose them « Digital for all »

You have :

To insist on the flexibily, free, for all

To tell them it is for a better communication in the firm, to be stronger, to save time.

Limits

- Show them examples of successful cases with people’s comments- Make the game interactive: with comments, likes…- Tell them that : reduce their e-mails is an obligation

It is difficult to encourage people to use « Digital for all », so you have to:

There will be unmotivated people, you have to:

- Promote it with examples by sending e-mails with a sentence « if you use digital for all, you will not receive e-mails from us and you’ll reduce your e-mails »

- Collect good comments about « Digital for all »- Organize a breakfast to introduce « Digital for all »
