signature for the command to becompleted

Electronic Signatures are performed by entering user password

Workflow – Version Control Allows a command to perform snapshots or

checkpoints of the item when the command is run

When Item Versioning is enabled there are two additional options available: Deleted Items Bin – provides a holding

area for deleted objects from wherethey can be recovered

Require New Version for Checkpointed Items – when selected, the project will require the user to run the New Version command before they can make changed to checkpointed items This item used to be present on the Project Setup home

page under the section “Versioning”

Workflow – Privileges The Access section allows more control over

who has access to a project or object when it is in a certain stage or state

Workflow – Commands Commands section allows you to define what

life cycle actions can be done to a project when it is in a particular stage For example, if a project is in the

Beta stage, the commandsavailable would likely includeAdvance to Production followedby Start Second Beta

Commands that do not change the project’s stage can also be defined For example, a command could be created to check

whether a project is ready for production; this might verify that required tests have been run, report any steps that haven’t been completed, etc.
